Delivery and Returns
You can return your order of wallpaper within 14 days of receipt and request a refund.
We do not accept returns on samples.
If you intend to return your wallpaper, please first email us to let us know hello@paperonwall.com
In your email please include:
- Your name
- Your address
- A contact phone number
- Order number
- Date of purchase
- The name of the design/s ordered
- The number of rolls ordered
You are responsible for:
- returning your wallpaper order in appropriate packaging to ensure that it isn't damaged in transit and;
- paying the return postage charges.
Once we receive your return, we will check its condition. If the wallpaper you have returned to us can be resold in its original packaging we will issue your refund.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned rolls are in any condition which means they are no longer able to be resold; this includes but isn't limited to rolls that have been opened, rolls that have been cut and rolls that have been damaged in transit when you return them to us.
When you post your returned rolls to us, please ensure your order number and name are clearly displayed so that we can process your refund as soon as possible.
We cannot accept any responsibility for returned items which are lost in transit. You should retain proof of postage and use a recorded or signed for delivery service with appropriate insurance to cover the value of the returned items.
Faulty or damaged wallpaper
We take every care to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition. In the event of a fault please contact us immediately by email hello@paperonwall.com to describe the problem.
If you can send us an image of the fault that would be very helpful. As soon as we know what the problem is we will work with you to arrange a refund or a replacement. Please note that as we print to order any replacement will be subject to our stated lead times.
Important Note
We advise that all rolls are inspected prior to hanging as we cannot be held responsible for decorator’s costs where faults are found.
